Lauren’s approach shifted my view on what makes an effective massage. It is very targeted, clinical, but calm and gentle. She has soothing energy and is intuitive.Lauren treated me following a couple of injuries and I kept going back to her because I felt better and wanted to tap into her expertise.
Therapeutic is one of the first words that comes to mind when I think about the massage Lauren gave me this past Monday. She has and amazing approach and somehow was able to identify issues and problem areas that I wasn't even aware of. My neck and upper back always have some type of mild pain, but leaving her they felt perfectly wonderful for the first time I can remember in years.Her approach is gentle yet thorough. At no point was I in any type of discomfort. Her training as a licensed massage therapist (a somewhat rare find) definitely shines through. I look forward to going back on a regular basis. I initially went to Lauren because she is located in the same office as my chiropractor. I am a repeat client because she has been able to give me relief from any issue that I bring to her. I came in after not having had a massage in almost 2 years. I have been dealing with a tight hip and developed some issues with my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Each time I leave, I feel significantly better than when I arrived. She uses a much gentler approach than what I have been accustomed to, but she has definitely found all the areas that need attention and she works on them and works all the problems out. After each session, I leave lighter and have more mobility. I highly recommend her!
Lauren creates a welcoming environment and truly cares about the well being of her clients. She is extremely attentive to her clients needs and ensures that you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
I have a lot of shoulder, hip and lower back pain that requires consistent bodywork to stay out of pain. I have been searching for years for a massage therapist to provide the level of relief which Lauren does! Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am SO glad I found her!
