Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system to remove excess fluid and waste products from the body’s tissues. It involves gentle, rhythmic strokes and light pressure applied by a trained therapist.

I went to Lauren for lymphatic drainage massage a few months ago in hopes of finding some relief with some swelling I was experiencing due to a traumatic event. She has helped me tremendously and is very knowledgeable about lymphatic massages. I continue to see her regularly and even have a morning routine that she taught me to perform on myself. Lauren texts me often to check to see how I am feeling. She truly cares about her clients!

Lauren’s approach shifted my view on what makes an effective massage. It is very targeted, clinical, but calm and gentle. She has soothing energy and is intuitive. Lauren treated me following a couple of injuries and I kept going back to her because I felt better and wanted to tap into her expertise.
